We are currently seeking a high school-aged volunteer for our Footbridge Mural Program. In this week-long position, volunteers will support and mentor young artists and learn skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication.
Museum volunteers provide invaluable support in a variety of ways. Act as ambassadors at special member events and community programs, assist in the cataloging of the museum's collection and much more.
Join the NUMU Board of Directors
NUMU’s Board of Directors maintains fiduciary responsibility and is responsible for defining and upholding the organization’s mission, vision, and values, as well as providing overall leadership and strategic direction to the museum. Board members are crucial participants in NUMU’s fundraising efforts, spreading the word about our good work, and making connections–deepening the museum's connection to the Bay Area and beyond. Board members introduce potential donors to NUMU, actively participating in fundraising campaigns and making their own personal donations.
